Personal summary
I have fifteen years of hands-on research experience and over twenty-five scientific publications. I have reviewed numerous journal articles for scientific editors and I have served as an editor myself. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Masters in Artificial Intelligence and a doctorate in Computer Science. Prior to academic research, I worked in industry as a software and database developer for ten years. My strongest skills are research, writing, data analysis and public speaking. I have coding experience in many languages and platforms, but I do most of my data analysis in Python these days. I am well versed in artificial neural networks and neuro-AI, neuroimaging methods, and computational modelling. I have teaching experience in undergraduate and graduate courses and I have supervised many research theses. I have also written successful research grant applications.
