Astek Group, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting, seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst specializing in Customer Service and Warehousing. You'll be pivotal in translating business needs into effective D365 F&O solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation. This role involves configuration, design, testing, and support, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. Join us in Montreal, with remote work options available. Immediate availability preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document functional requirements.
  • Translate requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions, configuring and integrating modules.
  • Facilitate ERP implementation, resolving complex issues, and supporting operational needs.
  • Conduct testing, organize working sessions, and provide user training and documentation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation and integration.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related software applications.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot ERP system issues.
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in customer service and warehousing.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; French proficiency is an asset.
