Position: Senior Solutions Designer - CRM
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery
Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario, Hybrid
Start Date: April 15, 2024
End Date: March 31, 2025
Duration: 105 Business Days (Possible extension)
Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
- 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
- Experience with developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Description:
- Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications, standards, and best practices
- Develop project plans, obtain approvals, and execute project charters
- Participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short/long-term CRM solution service development activities
- Document test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT)
