Work Location: Ottawa & Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Start Date: May 6, 2024
End Date: April 5, 2025
Hours: 7.25 hours per day
Security Level: OPP Level 2

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a systems analyst in SE Ontario
- Experience with 24x7 critical environments, PSRN projects, and ambulance communications
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and project leadership
- Coordinate technology solutions for emergency services
- Travel to multiple dispatch centers across the province
Core Skills:
- Systems analysis, testing, and implementation
- Networking, IT security, and telecommunications engineering
- Project management and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of server, network, and hardware technologies
- Experience with IP telephony and radio systems
- Understanding of emergency health services and dispatch systems
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Description:
- Support desktop and server environments
- Coordinate ambulance communication solutions
- Provide technical support for emergency dispatch equipment
- Ensure compliance with ministry regulations
Extension/Amendment:
- Extensions based on unused contract days/funds
- No additional funds beyond maximum contract value
- Possible extension up to one year based on Master Service Agreement terms
Candidates required in office 3 days per week.
