Job Description

Our client is looking for a SAP PMO Consultant.

Start date: between May 1st and June 1st, 2024

Duration: 12 months

Work location: Montreal

Role And Responsibilities

Sponsor and Executive Reporting 
Steering Committee presentations 
Playbook and Artifact Creation and documentation 
Core PMO - Integrated Planning, Dependency Management: 
Maintain the Integrated Program Plan working with Pillar Senior Project Managers, Solution Integrator, SAP and Third-Party Project and Program Managers and integrating Pillar, Stream and Third Party Project Plans 
Maintain and Monitor all program dependencies within the Unifier Program and with other IT and business projects and programs 
Work with IT Portfolio Manager to integrate Unifier Program Milestones, Dependencies and Risks into overall IT Program Portfolio reporting. 
Review and provide feedback on quality of Pillar, Stream and Vendor Project plans ensuring consistency and all required information is included. 
Lead Resource Planning Process ensuring that all Program Activities are appropriately resourced and adjust plans accordingly. 
Identify, Report and Monitor risks associated with Program Plans ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place. Monitor and recommend adjustments to Program Plan Contingency. 
Provide inputs enabling reporting to Earned Value for Program Performance Reporting. 
Create Status, Progress Reports and Presentations for different stakeholder groups from project teams to senior executives and the client of Directors for the Program 
Ensure Reports and Presentation content is tailored to audience ensuring sufficient content and context to enable governance processes to function efficiently and effectively. 
Ensure timeline content creation to enable review cycles and that pre-read material is distributed in a timely manner prior to meetings. 
Create and Maintain PowerPoint Templates 
Create a PMO and Transformation Playbook, Templates and Artifacts that can be referenced by Client's Team members and re-used on future transformation programs. 

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
