Your mission would be:
• Responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large sets of data. They use their expertise in data modeling and data mining to identify trends and patterns in data, and communicate their findings to stakeholders. They also ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality assurance checks.
• Understanding the business needs and requirements to develop Customer Operation-Digital-Chat dashboards & automate reports.
