Position Overview:

The Administrative Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Director, is a key role requiring strong initiative, independence, and collaboration. The role includes managing administrative tasks, developing reports and presentations, coordinating company policies, and handling confidential administrative services for senior management. As the primary contact for the Executive Director, the manager will oversee internal and external communications, manage the administrative team, and act as the Facility’s Privacy Officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Management.
  • Manage policy development, contract preparation, and statistical analyses.
  • Oversee project management, policy compliance, and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, manage records, and lead accreditation processes.
  • Supervise and train the administrative team, ensuring high service and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with post-secondary certification in business administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in communication, privacy law, records management, and administrative services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
