Task description and requirements

• Stay up to date on any vacant units in any of the portfolio properties
• Schedule walk-through appointments with prospective tenants and host tours as needed
• Respond to any retinal inquiries from current or prospective tenants via phone, email, or walk-in
• Conduct market research on competitive buildings in the area
• Work alongside Marketing team to manage advertising and media channels as required
• Oversee filing of all relevant tenant documentation
• Inspect vacant units and ensure they are presentable for viewing
• Oversee leasing process, including maintaining tenant leads, provide rental applications, schedule tenancy agreement signing appointments, and notify applicants of the result of their application
• Oversee deposits, pre-authorized payments, resident portal registrations, leasing metrics on traffic conversion, and tenant insurance administration
• Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales oriented environment
• Flexibility for evening or weekend shifts is required
• Experience in a leasing or property administration role is strongly preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with Yardi is a strong asset
• High understanding of professional presentation and decorum

• Weekends only
