Task description and requirements

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior HRIS Functional Specialist to join their team.
- Create, set up, and validate intricate SAP HCM solutions pertaining to HCM Master Data, Benefits, Pension, Time, and Payroll
- Resolve SAP operational challenges concerning Master Data, Benefits, Pension, Time, and Payroll
- Draft functional design documentation
- Provide assistance for payroll functions
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Post-secondary education preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or equivalent field
- 10+ years of IT experience encompassing large-scale technology architecture, operations, and design-oriented roles
- Profound comprehension and practical exposure to SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Benefits, Time Management, Payroll, ESS & MSS)
- Familiarity with Kronos is advantageous
- Proven experience in analyzing business information requirements
- Sound grasp of project management principles
- Toronto, ON M5S 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- IT related large scale architecture and operations: 6 years (required)
- SAP HCM modules: 3 years (required)
- Kronos: 1 year (preferred)
