Task description and requirements
- Ensure the proper functioning of systems and the network while ensuring security.
- Maintain and administer servers, including installations, updates, and monitoring.
- Perform integration, installation, and configuration of network equipment and applications.
- Ensure maintenance and wiring of cabinets as needed, as well as management and documentation of network diagrams.
- Implement, manage, maintain, and monitor local and wireless networks.
- Handle request processing, resolve incidents, and occasional problems.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Mastery of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.), operating system and server security, etc.
- Mastery of network protocols, diagnostic tools, and network monitoring.
- Skills in cabinet wiring, network diagram, troubleshooting, and Wi-Fi management.
- Project management skills (an asset).
- Own a car and have a valid driver's license.
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
