For our client we are currently looking for a
SAP OSS Ticket Support (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- Customer is facing several problems with the address data
- SAP support is solving ticket after ticket but it is not possible to provide a solution on the general problem.
Your Tasks
- Have a first look at the mentioned OSS tickets.
- Do a first discovery call with the customer for clarifying next steps
- Assess customer situation, if looking at OSS tickets and discovery call were not sufficient
- Develop/find the overarching problem. Align with SAP support and SAP product management, if necessary.
- Develop/find a solution for the problem.
- Consultant should be able to tell if these 1-2pd are sufficient after step 1 and 2.
