Personal summary

I worked for the Surrey Taxation Centre, (now CRA) for 32 years. I had various positions over the years starting with Data Entry work. My job involved all aspects of keying in a client's Income Tax Return to the central data base. I also keyed all the information from a client in regards to having direct deposit payments, updating addresses, preparing their applications for Child Tax Benefit credits, GST credits and other Federal payments. My clerical work was comprised of tracing clients direct deposit payments they did not receive in regards to Benefit payments and Income Tax payments. I called clients on a regular basis to assist them with help they required in regards to the outcome of the action taken if they were not satisfied with the results. I was also a liason officer with our Head Office in Ottawa on the tracing of all the missing payments and followed up with them with regards to the outcome as well as laison officer with The Bank of Canada regarding all payments. I did some freelance medical content writing for a company called Upwork who have a Mobile App called Pain Scale. This involved researching the medical conditions I was given via medical sites I was also given and to write a clear and concise article.
