Sommaire professionel

Technology never stands still, and neither do I. My work is about building the bridges between innovation and business — testing new tools, chasing new ideas, and keeping systems reliable while the world races forward. I was the bratty kid who drove everyone crazy by taking apart radios, cameras, and anything with wires. My curiosity was relentless… and relentlessly annoying. At 16, my parents scraped together enough money to buy me my first computer — an Atari 600XL. Finally, something I could tinker with that didn’t end up in pieces on the living room floor. And how did a kid from Iran learn to speak English so well? Jim Carrey movies, of course — my all-time favorite Canadian! (Tim Hortons comes in a close second, especially on a cold Québec day). Today, I’m a Site Reliability Engineer and Linux Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience across Canada, Europe, and Australia. I specialize in automation with Ansible/Puppet, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and observability — but I still bring the same restless curiosity I had as a kid. I don’t just maintain systems; I break them down, rebuild them, and make them stronger. If you’re looking for me, you’ll probably find me chasing the edge late into the night — lit by the blue glow of a screen. And if anyone knows where I can find an Atari 600XL in a good condition… let me know.
