Most recently, I have been working as an operations manager for three years at Marktaris Travel, which located in Tunis, Tunisia. I managed around 15 people in my company. I used to communicate with them mainly by English, some by french. My English level is stronger than french. Furthermore. I have lots of chinese clients. I communicate with them by chinese mandarin. My job has a lot of roles: included designed and provided the quotation of travel plans, communicated with hotels and restaurants, billed the clients and verified the payment, prepared income statements and assisted tax return for accountant. The most important role is solved the problems of the China agencies and all kinds of dissatisfactions of clients when they travel in Tunisia. I also anticipated many big projects of my agency. Last year, our agency received a 400 people group from China. From the beginning of designation the travel plan, provided the price, arranged the client with different buses and hotels, until the end for the billing and received payment, I was mainly anticipating in.
