I have been associated with the Software/Technical support & Software Developent industry for over 7 years. Presently associated with Cimcon Infotech, Ahmedabad as SR Application Software Engineer. Worked with implementation team to carry out software releases. Being a part of regular customer interaction team helped clients to maximize the benefits of their StayinFront CRM solution. Being a part of support services team one of major responsibilities includes supporting our clients and their end users with various StayinFront CRM issues. Responsible to monitor application, Synchronization, Workflow Servers to ensure smooth functioning and diagnose potential issues. Assisted implementation and setup of CRM software on the remote as well as on the server. Manage deployment of new releases of StayinFront CRM in UAT and production environment and handeled post release issues.
