Personal summary
I have over 10 years experience providing administrative support which includes customer service in English and French. My customer service also has been weaved through my non-profit work, acting as main point of contact for projects and community organizations. Currently working at Billyard Insurance, I provide customer care as an underwriter for insurance related matters to clients, underwriters, insurance brokers, as well as act as a representative of the billing department. I have been regularly commended by former colleagues for my ability to be flexible and take on any task that needs to be completed. I have always been a ‘go-to’ person. I feel that having the ability to adapt, communicate efficiently and think of solutions to problems is key in supporting students in navigating their enrolment and registration in college. I have excellent organizational skills and work very well both as part of a team and on an individual basis. I have a keen understanding of how to work in both small and large teams and I highly respect and value, diversity and difference brought to the workplace. I have a high degree of tact and diplomacy and I am often commended for my professionalism which shines throughout my work. I continuously strive to better myself in any work I take on, as I understand how this would benefit a team as a whole. I very much enjoying working with people and I believe my wide range of skills and experience would make me an excellent candidate for this position.
