I am a native French and Spanish speaker with a solid background in Customer Service and Digital Marketing. My previous position as a customer service manager allowed me to understand the importance between customer relations management and marketing. Having a thorough understanding of CRM will allow me to develop marketing strategies oriented towards customer satisfaction by acquiring new customers while also focusing on maintaining current ones through loyalty programs. Having also worked on saludconsultas.com, a health-related website, allowed me to gain hands-on experience on WordPress management, content creation, technical and on-page SEO as well as link building. Some of our link building strategies included guest posting and infographic link building. Lastly, after having owned my own Amazon Private Label, I got an opportunity to learn about creating and optimizing product listings and managing PPC campaigns.
