● Worked in Service Ontario within the OPS. My position was that of a Student- Customer Service Clerk and supported the triage and customer support function. ● Worked with Downtown Oshawa BIA in the developed and release of a number of HR policies to ensure that the hiring processes were legal, and reflected the policy and values of the organization. ● Worked part-time in Harvey’s. A fast food establishment. ● Worked as a CO-OP student at EB Games (September 2014 – January 2015) - While working at EB games I participated in merchandising, advertising and engaged with customers in the sales process. ● Worked as an administrative assistant during the summer (2016).
