My name is Jason Dwinnell and I am currently looking for a new experience, where I can bring the knowledge I have gained from previous job opportunities and utilise them in a new and challenging atmosphere. I am a hardworking, dedicated individual who enjoys taking on new challenges and pursuing them to completion, with tremendous results. I find positive enjoyment and pleasure to offer my skills, best practices and industry knowledge that I have developed from my Hospitality Management Degree program at George Brown College. I become excited and elated when applying my education or experiences to my work, and observing success. I am a motivated/driven individual who for many years has worked in the Hospitality Industry. I have a passion for working with people, but more importantly, what I have is the most crucial part of being in this demanding industry; the Hospitality Gene. It’s simply a part of who I am! My determination to succeed, mixed with my ambition, inspires me to overcome all challenges faced within each and every work environment I have been in. My fast track progression within each company to a leadership and/or management role has given me essential tools, but a more significant lesson. I learned to value each level of the company, to understand the crucial importance of every team member and be successful in each level of the business. Through previous employment opportunities, I have attained a vast amount of knowledge, in professional guest services, exceptional hospitality, government regulated workplace h&s, innovative tactics for employee training, HR proficiency from employee and management level, expertise in food safety practises, impeccable operations skills, lucrative inventory budget controls, coaching and guiding the team to be the best, all, while conducting goal oriented real time operations. A unique skill set that I bring with me stems from my performing background that has been a key tool in expediting positive team morale, which in turn, has increased team production and enhanced overall hospitality standards for our guests.
