Tools, aids and skills that I constantly use for my vfx projects are: - Katana, Autodesk Maya, Nuke Studio, NukeX, After Effects, Silhouette FX, Photoshop. AUTODESK MAYA AND KATANA (by The Foundry) - Intermediate to advanced level of 3D modelling in Maya and Katana for use as holdouts to collect CG objects' shadow and reflection from 3D scenes that match to the live action plate. - Basic level of LookDev in Katana. - Shading in Renderman, V-ray or Arnold in Maya or Katana. - Lighting and/or relighting scenes to match live action shots in Maya or Katana. - Rendering passes (Elements) in *.exr file, or other available output, format with Renderman, V-ray or Arnold. - Setting LPE's for rendering AOV's (passes / elements) in Maya or Katana with Renderman, V-ray or Arnold. NUKE STUDIO / NUKEx (by The Foundry) - Multi-pass compositing V-ray elements, Arnold passes or Renderman AOV's in *.exr format to integrate in live action footage; - 3d compositing, 3d Camera Projection, Color Correction and Grading, Rotoscoping and Painting, Chromakeying, Point and Camera Tracking (for either matchmoving, camera shot stabilization or Lens undistortion - correction) and remote farm rendering with Zync Google Cloud and Conductor Cloud. SILHOUETTEfx - Rotoscoping and Tracking AFTER EFFECTS (by Adobe) - Chromakeying, Animation, Color Correction and Grading, Rotoscoping, Tracking for either matchmoving or camera shot stabilization.
