I’m a Technology Lead with a 10-year track record in the IT industry. I started my career as a .NET Full-Stack developer, which gave me a strong foundation in custom coding and systems architecture. For the last 7 years, I’ve pivoted that expertise into the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform space. Currently, I lead a team of 5 developers. My focus is not just on the technical delivery of CRM solutions, but on mentoring my team and serving as the subject matter expert to ensure our digital transformations are both technically sound and strategically aligned with the business.
