For the past 7 years, I’ve worked in the Training and Development in various MNCs in India as a Corporate Training Consultant until Dec’2019. I have vast experience in travelling and training in a fast paced diversified workforce. I also have retail and restaurant experience in as a Customer Service executive and Cashier. for about 7 years With a graduation in Commerce and computers and Post Graduate Diploma in Management in International Business from India and Currently Pursuing PGDM (HRM) from York University-Toronto, I am confident that I can provide support to all the stakeholders involved in the all the areas of the operation. I can gauge the operational needs of the all the employees across various roles and track my performance there after implementing strategic execution to excel consistently.There by reporting to the concerned.
