Over 9 years in management consulting, in Agile and Lean transformation and coaching. I specialize in helping companies transit toward progressive models as well as creating high impact, value-driven, autonomous teams and the leadership to get the most of them. Numerous clients of all sizes, including large structured companies such as Bell Canada and CN Railways. My current business, Go Pyrate! inc, blend training, consulting and media production. In addition to our work with clients, we produce training videos as well as a podcast on modern, progressive approaches to organizing and managing a company. Our discourse is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but the results are real, measurable and come quickly.
