Personal summary

I am a seasoned Management Consultant, IT and Project professional, and Transformation enabler with more than 30 years experience in various capacities from IT techie to Project / Program Manager and IT Executive to Consultant and Project Professional spanning many industries including Pharmaceutical/Hospital, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public sector, FMCG and Retail to name a few. My focus is not on title, but rather on where I can add most value to an organization. The roles that I have fulfilled, both locally and globally, perfectly place me to assist organizations from IT strategy and transformation to project delivery and operations and to support the business with the best fit platforms, technologies and solutions (including AI) to retain and grow the customer base. From Projects to IT leadership to platform and technology optimization and alignment to transformation, business drivers and strategy I come with experience covering it all. My passion is Project / Program Management with a Transformation flavour and is where I deliver the most value to organizations. I have delivered complex ERP (D365, Syspro, SAP, SageX3) projects and programs for more than 10 years drawing resources on-site, remote or in a hybrid framework with the largest project delivered valued at $10.3m.
