I have been a recruiter for the past 22 years. During that time, I have managed an international recruitment team that successfully places 100s of international applicants in positions across North America each year. In my independent consulting, I've helped organizations from a wide variety of fields, from education companies to Silicon Valley startups, find great talent, set up their hiring processes, and provide hiring guidance. I feel the skills that I have garnered are transferable across a all industries. I stand behind my work, provide ongoing support, and don't charge clients until a candidate that I recommended has been successful for at least 30 days in a new role. Education: Masters in Psychology
