I have extensive teaching experience, and I am a Hospitality and Tourism professor at Algonquin College, where I teach in-class and online courses and programs related to cooking, baking, pastry, tourism, nutrition, food science and entrepreneurship. The purpose of my application is to supplement my income. I am a Cook Red Seal, Baker Red-Seal, and Patisser (Pastry Chef). I am a C.C.C., Certified Chef de Cuisine as well. I have graduated in Nutrition Management and am an active member of The Canadian Society of Nutrition Management. I also hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management. Education: Masters in Culinary Arts
