Greetings! I’m Lianne Stephensen, an experienced, results-driven career management consultant. With a passion for guiding individuals in career transition, through personalized coaching, industry insights, and proven strategies. I bring a wealth of experience in career coaching and development, blending empathy with actionable goals to help guide professionals towards finding meaningful and fulfilling careers. Throughout the past 10-12 years, I have continued my education by obtaining multiple certifications (See Technical Skills Below) From there, I was able to work in a variety of different settings assisting hundreds of individuals whose lives had been directly affected by physical and mental illness/injuries. I have also worked directly with students, mid to senior level professionals, immigrants, etc., both in person and online with their career transition journey across Canada and internationally. Currently, I am working as a Career Transition Coaching/Consultant as a private contractor/freelance working one on one with clients in transition by assisting with them with career exploration, job search, networking, and developing an effective professional brand using the latest career development strategies and best practices.
