- Twelve (12) years of proven project management experience with Canadian government and financial organizations managing the delivery of complex, strategic projects/programs with multiple inhouse and vendor delivery teams (Hybrid, Agile and Waterfall). - Two (2) years’ as Product Owner of ITSM, ITIL and COBIT controls, including the transition of the request platform from Atlassian to ServiceNow. Included IT Audit Support, Audit Evidence Collection and Regulatory Compliance experience. - Ten (10) years’ Risk Management for projects and planned changes. - Five (5) years’ leading Cloud Migrations. - Five (5) years’ Business Case and Feasibility Analysis. - Five (5) years’ IT Service Provider Acquisition and Management. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous goals and changing requirements using a range of management tools (MS Project, Atlassian, ServiceNow). - Experience of managing demanding stakeholders, in financial services and provincial government. - Extensive communication and reporting experience with MS Word, MS Excel (pivot tables, power tools), MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS PowerBI and database queries (SQL, JQL, GQL). - Experience of regulatory compliance and governance in financial services and Government of Ontario regulated environments. - Managed relationships with vendors, both internal and external stakeholders. - MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, CISSP, CISA and ITIL. - Security Clearance: Federal Reliability to 2029, Level 4 OPP in 2024, good with CRJMC.
