I've been working in the Digital Marketing (Tech) since 2013; used various Marketing Cloud Systems, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Cloud System, MailChimp, Marketo, and Umpire (Customized Cloud System made by Inbox Marketer). Created thousands of Email Marketing Campaigns from start to end using HTML, CSS, PHP, JS, SQL, and AMPScript. Conducted tones of test and live data on the Marketing Cloud Systems. Email Campaigns varied from being Always On to Ad-hoc. Their complexity levels varied from static to very complex dynamic campaigns both on email and deployment sides. Proficient in using Adobe Email Development tools; Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Random, but am in love with Figma! Very comfortable either to work individually to meet deadlines with high quality emails or to work collaboratively with team of developers including other teams, such as, Project Managers, Data Analysts, Account Executives, and Different Clients/Agencies. Ability to work in an Agile environment by testing emails thoroughly by catching any design rendering issues, spelling mistakes, and code, deployment setup and data bugs. Skilled in applying any last minute changes to the business logic, email design, etc while meeting deadlines. Provided various professional documentations for training and for new team members to follow for email development, how to use specific Marketing Cloud System, how to debug, resolve certain issues, etc. As a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant, I have lead and advised on the proficiency of email campaign designs by collaborating with both the design and the marketing PM team to ensure that the campaign meets the business target based on both business logic and email design.
