Shraiya is a passionate and driven Human Resource professional who is presently enrolled in the University of Winnipeg’s Professional, Applied, and Continuing Education Program focused on Human Resources and a corresponding Management Certificate. She is also working towards the CPHR designation and CIM certification. She has extensive experience working overseas in conglomerates and start-ups with culturally diverse teams and has expertise in the areas of Human Resource Administration, outsourcing, HR systems, and shared services. She is a talented and dedicated Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in retail, management consulting, FMCG, hospitality, and tourism sectors. Shraiya is a proactive individual with excellent time management skills and an unstoppable passion to learn and grow within the other capabilities of HR which enables her to work exceptionally well as a team and manage the department with ease.
