Personal summary
While I have had a long career in customer service, I am looking to expand my career in other different directions. I am a fast-paced learner and am able to easily adapt to change. With a history of customer service, I am able to communicate with customers in a professional matter and resolve issues as quickly as possible, while also being understanding of the situation. I enjoy working on the computer and am able to type 76 WPM. Another skill that I have that I'm able to put to use, that I have not yet, is my ability to do voiceovers!
