Personal summary

-I have an arts degree from the University of Calgary. Major in Philosophy, minor in Visual Art. -I have owned my own home décor business (Jagged Little Pillows) for the last 6 years. I manage all of my own social media, website, sales, advertising, etc. I work from home doing this and have great time management skills and am good at staying on task even while working remotely. -Before this I worked doing graphic design for 4 years at a print/sign shop. There I learned a ton of design skills in which I was able to take with me. -Before that I was the coordinator for the Manitoba Summer Games. In this job I was responsible for coordinating the whole event over a span of 2 years on contract. This included managing sponsorship and marketing activities, working with volunteers, assisting the Games Board of Directors in the coordination and negotiation of contracts with different organizations and businesses providing necessary facilities, goods and services as required to ensure successful operation of the Games. I also did all their social media and advertising. Education: College/University in Liberal arts and humanities
