UX designer, front-end development

Personal summary

I am writing to express my interest in the open position listed for a remote Product designer. After carefully reading the job posting, I am confident that I can be the best fit for this position. I have worked remotely for companies for the past 3 years. These roles have involved collaborating with teams from multiple fields all across the world. As a UX designer, I have had to be a part of the product development from the research phase to sketching, wireframing and prototyping as well as handing off to developers. I am driven to push for better solutions and out of the box thinking and strive to be a core member in encouraging ideas and bringing them to life. My experience as a graphic designer taught me to understand client needs as I was working with them directly, and help bring their vision to life. I did this with a strong attention to detail, awareness of key design principles such as shapes, color and type. My portfolio consists of a range of projects that showcase these skills. I pride myself on my willingness to learn and grow and take mentorship. It is why I have also strived to learn new technologies when needed, being able to adapt to the ever changing design landscapes and what is needed, and it is why I have also gained a basic introduction to front-end development.
