Graphic Design

Personal summary

I am a 3rd-year Design student at York University. My university experience has exposed me to diverse projects and continues to sharpen my design thinking skills. I am proficient in Adobe applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I have experience in creating digital and print hands on projects as you can see in my portfolio. During my studies, I have also gathered research and critical thinking skills that I apply to my work. My design work is informed by my multidisciplinary approach and background. Having worked previously in workplaces such as a Jewelry design studio, a dance association, and as a freelancer painter, I learned many different approaches to graphic design. These diverse experiences both in Canada, and abroad enrich my work, and help me produce designs to a wide variety of audiences. I am an enthusiastic team player. I am experienced in working in teams and groups on a professional level in previous internships and during my studies. I would consider myself very flexible and adaptable, which helps me work well in many different team dynamics.  Education: College/University in Visual and Performing arts
