I am a professional with 15+ years of experience in the Human Resources area, including the subsystems of Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, Diversity & Inclusion and Training & Development. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work for many years at companies in the IT sector, developing a deep understanding of the industry and its unique HR needs. As a result, I have been able to implement effective HR strategies that have positively impacted the organizations I have worked with. At Iteris, I provided the necessary support for the company to grow from 40 to over 1000 employees. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a post-graduate degree in Organizational and Work Psychology from Mackenzie University and I am currently pursuing a post-graduate course in Human Resources Management, which has further expanded my knowledge and expertise in the field. While I am committed to my studies, I am eager to continue working part-time and contributing my skills and experience to a dynamic and innovative organization.
