I am a strategy consultant with more than 6+ years experience in mergers and acquisitions. Over my career my key responsibilities have been conducting buy and sell side due diligence activities which help in fundraising, acquisitions, mergers and external borrowings. I'm currently employed as Student Ambassador at Niagara College, Toronto. My recent role was with Deloitte wherein I was part of the mergers & acquisitions team. As a team we delivered deals relating to due diligence, fundraising, corporate restructuring and mergers. Prior to Deloitte, I was working in a consulting firm independently handling client accounts and delivering in projects relating to corporate restructuring, business expansion models for our clients. My education includes a Bachelors in Commerce and a professional degree in Company Secretaries. Education: Masters in Business
