I have been a recruiter for the past 22 years. During that time, I have managed an international recruitment team that successfully places 100s of international applicants in positions across North America each year. In my independent consulting, I've helped organizations from a wide variety of fields, from education companies to Silicon Valley startups, find great talent, set up their hiring processes, and provide hiring guidance.
