Brief overview of my professional profile: - Over 1 year of experience with Actalent, formerly known as Aerotek. This was an agency recruitment role, and I specialized in talent management within Civil, Mechanical, and various construction projects related skill sets. I hired for Junior level roles right through to Senior and Project Managers. These consisted mainly of contract positions, with the occasional direct hires as well. - Prior to this, I have 6 months of experience within administration working for Translink. This was a very admin heavy role, and I realised that I thrived in an environment with more of a focus on interactions with others and relationship building; Hence, I shifted gears to recruitment. However, I did learn the value of processes and the practice of paying attention to detail during my time at Translink. - Before Translink, I worked as a Tutor on a part time basis (averaging 20-25hrs/ week). I quickly moved into a supervisory role at the tutoring centre. This was on an ongoing basis for about 5 years. I was able to gain exposure to client facing, admin tasks, as well as relationship, and brand building. I have attached my resume below. I would really appreciate a response back.
