I recently served as Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing with Tecmotiv Corporation. I have over 30 years of experience in senior level leadership, management, financial management and team building skills. I have served in both government, military and industry senior management positions. My 24 plus years prior experience as a senior U.S. Military Officer bring a significant amount of leadership, communication, organizational and personnel management skills, in addition to a vast amount of experience in building highly motivated and productive teams. I have served in senior management roles in business development, sales, marketing and strategic planning across a wide variety of industries and market segments. I have extensive international business development and sales experience in international and domestic defense, aerospace industries across a wide range of complex customers. In my past role, I was responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive set of strategic plans to identify new business opportunities to increase growth in international markets. I had actively prospected for new international business accounts, maximizing sales potential with existing customers, developing new and maintaining existing business relationships in the international market. My role also included leading and implementing business development and sales processes and activities leading to future growth of the company. During my recent tenure at Tecmotiv Corporation, I visited and conferred with a number of Ukrainian Governmental, Military and Industry organizations for the purposed of providing critical support and training for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of Allied combat vehicles. This support included power train components, parts, training and the establishment of repair facilities in country to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In addition, my team and I were in talks for the procurement of various types of ammunition. In addition, I have a wide network of representative companies who are in support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I also possess an active network of in country representatives which includes Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and South America.
