Hi, I am looking to come and meet HR for intervention but I would like to mention that I am only fluent in English.I am a international student and I have arrived Canada two weeks ago ,I I’ll be studying Global Supply chain Management in Matrix collage and I’ll only be able to work part time (15-20 hours per week)during my collage days and full time(25-30 hours) during my collage holidays. ->>I have 10 months of experience as a Technical support Associate in Netgear global Tech support(english) process under Tech Mahindra IT ltd in Noida India. *Role:- Give tech support to globally (with major customers from US,Canada,Australia,U.K and Singapore)on networking devices manufactured by NETGEAR (Modems and routers) and the role also involved up selling of the support warranty on the products. ->>I have worked as assistant customer care executive for 6 months for DTH company Dish TV process with Ienergizer IT ltd Noida India. *Role:- Give customer support regarding selection of DTH packs , give semi tech support on set up box and raising tickets for the technician and up selling of the DTH packages. -I have also worked as an associate handling the business operations (real time ) with Shan Building Materials pvt ltd. *Role:- Book keeping and recording transitions and merchandising of the products.
