Personal summary

I have spent my entire professional career working in the hotel industry in Ottawa Ontario. I have recently relocated to a new province and am looking for a position that I can apply my skill set and work from home. Positions that I held were leader positions overseeing a department of 65 employees. In 2007 I moved into a career in Human Resources where I have worked, in various roles as Director, Manager, Some of my responsibilities in HR as a generalist focused on, recruitment, learning and development, conducting training , managing the employee benefit programs, payroll, performance management, policy writing.
