Personal summary

Good day, I believe that my experience enables me to develop and lead complex change management initiatives, policies changes and strategic projects. I established a positive, healthy work environment and I have good chemistry with my clients and my fellow team members. I believe that kindness goes a long way and that people work best when they feel supported by their team. When I am asked how to treat conflict within a team my first response is always let’s have a conversation. As a project manager I must identify and evaluate the risks to the organization’s affiliations (staff, clients and contractors), finances and implement measures to control risks. I have been the prime consultant to advise the client on cost and functional requirements. I managed, lead and oversaw all activities well beyond the core project management activities, including Communication, Change Management and Operational Readiness. I am able to plan, organize and develop projects. I am accustomed to accepting responsibility and delegating work when necessary. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
