Senior UX Designer

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Designer - Senior for one of our clients.

Position : UX Designer - Senior
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience using Figma to design web application features and assets.
Experience providing UX/UI leadership and defining best practices and methodologies.
10+ years' UX experience designing web applications, preferably enterprise portals and websites, mobile, and responsive experience.

Responsibilities:
Work with product management and lines of business to gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into engaging and effective UI experiences.
Ideate and conceptualize innovative UI solutions to solve complex end-user challenges.
Produce, personas and customer journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
Lead design review sessions with internal stakeholders, reaching consensus and getting approvals on designs.
Work closely with front-end developers other product team members to successfully build, test and deploy cutting-edge user interfaces and UI components.
Establish product specific UI/UX vision and standards while adhering to branding and accessibility guidelines.
Lead customer experience and usability studies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
